Fountain Valley preps for Edison
Three duals. Three consecutive nights. Never before in the history of OCVarsity.com, which dates back quite a few years, has anybody attempted a feat as difficult as I just accomplished.
Damian Dottore said he covered soccer for 14 consecutive days. First, I don’t believe him and second, it is soccer. I’m a big soccer fan, but nothing compares to covering wrestling. I’m not even going to debate this. Take that argument elsewhere.
My journey started Tuesday at Calvary Chapel with the Santa Ana-Calvary Chapel “Iron Sharpens Iron Classic“. I think the dual has finally ended. Wednesday, I ventured into Golden Hawk territory for the El Dorado-Villa Park showdown.
Thursday night, I concluded my journey with the Sunset League elimination match between Fountain Valley and Edison.
What a week. I’m also officially tired. I think I lost 10 pounds.
