Los Alamitos junior forward Sarah Sanger has committed to Loyola Marymount, her dad Karl confirmed Friday via email.

Sanger has been one of  the big reason for the Griffins success this season, as  Los Alamitos completed an unbeaten run through the Sunset League  (8-0-2) and won the league title for the first time since the 2008-2009 season (a year in which the Griffins advanced to the CIF-SS Division 1 title match.)

She has scored two goals and recorded a team-leading eight assists this season.
