Where, when: Mission Viejo High, Friday, 7:30 p.m.
TV: Fox Sports West
Outlook: These teams met in the Pac-5 second round last season when Mission Viejo beat the Eagles, 31-28.The Diablos went on to the championship game in which they lost to Servite.
PAC-5 DIVISION
SAN CLEMENTE (11-1) VS. TESORO (8-4)
Where, when: Orange Coast College, Friday, 7:30 p.m.
Outlook: These South Coast League teams played each other on Nov. 10 during the final week of the regular season. San Clemente, coming off of its bye week, dominated Tesoro in a 31-6 victory that gave the Tritons second place.
PAC-5 DIVISION
SERVITE (10-1) VS. TESORO (7-4)
Where, when: Orange Coast College, Friday, 7 p.m.
Outlook: Servite’s quest for a third consecutive Pac-5 championship got off to a good start last week. The Friars thoroughly defeated Long Beach Wilson, 41-3, at Cerritos College to extend their CIF-SS playoff games winning streak to 10.
PAC-5 DIVISION
SAN CLEMENTE (10-1) VS. ST. JOHN BOSCO OF BELLFLOWER (8-3)
Where, when: St. John Bosco High, Friday, 7:30 p.m.
Outlook: San Clemente last week had its first home playoff game since 2004, and got its first playoff victory since 2005, when the Tritons beat Lakewood, 42-6 in the first round.
PAC-5 DIVISION
SANTA MARGARITA (9-2) VS. LONG BEACH POLY (10-1)
Where, when: Veterans Stadium (Long Beach), Friday, 7 p.m.
Outlook: Santa Margarita advanced to the second round for the second year in a row with a 45-21 home victory last week over Bishop Amat of La Puente. Santa Margarita’s Eagles are the No. 2 team from the Trinity League.
PAC-5 DIVISION
MISSION VIEJO (9-2) VS. HUNTINGTON BEACH (9-2)
Where, when: Huntington Beach High, Friday, 7 p.m.
Outlook: Second-seeded Mission Viejo, a Pac-5 finalist last season, defeated Cabrillo of Long Beach, 51-22, in a first-round home game last week. After a rough, by their standards, start, the Diablos scored six touchdowns in the second quarter.
PAC-5 DIVISION
LONG BEACH WILSON (5-5) VS. SERVITE (9-1)
Where, when: Cerritos College, Friday, 7:30 p.m.
Outlook: Long Beach Wilson finished fourth in the seven-team Moore League, with a 3-3 league record. Bruins junior running back Tonny Lindsey is averaging 74 yards a game and 6 yards a carry.
PAC-5 DIVISION
TESORO (6-4) VS. EDISON (8-2)
Where, when: Orange Coast College, Friday, 7 p.m.
Outlook: This is the first Tesoro-Edison varsity football game. Tesoro finished third in the South Coast League with a 2-2 record. The Titans go into the playoffs after back-to-back league losses to Mission Viejo and San Clemente, which finished 1-2, respectively, in the league.

LAKEWOOD (7-3) VS. SAN CLEMENTE (9-1)
Where, when: San Clemente High, Friday, 7:30 p.m.
TV: Fox Sports West
Outlook: Lakewood finished tied for second place, with Cabrillo of Long Beach, in the seven-team Moore League with a 4-2 league record. Lakewood’s Lancers beat Cabrillo, so Lakewood is the league’s No. 2 playoff representative and Cabrillo is No. 3.
PAC-5 DIVISION
NEWPORT HARBOR (5-5) VS. LONG BEACH POLY (9-1)
Where, when: Veterans Stadium (Long Beach), Friday, 7 p.m.
Outlook: Newport Harbor plays the division’s third-seeded team for the second year in a row; the Sailors lost in the 2010 Pac-5 first round to third-seeded Alemany of Mission Hills, 27-7.
PAC-5 DIVISION
BISHOP AMAT OF LA PUENTE (6-4) VS. SANTA MARGARITA (8-2)
Where, when: Saddleback College, Friday, 7 p.m.
TV: Cox3 (tape, 11:30 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m., 9 p.m. Saturday
Outlook: Bishop Amat finished in a three-way tie, with Crespi of Encino and Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks, for third place the five-team Serra League. All three were 1-3 in league, and head-to-head results could not resolve the tie. So a three-way coin flip took place, and Bishop Amat won the flips.
PAC-5 DIVISION
HUNTINGTON BEACH (8-2) VS. LOYOLA OF LOS ANGELES (8-2)
Where, when: Los Angeles Valley College (Van Nuys), Friday, 7 p.m.
Outlook: Huntington Beach is in the CIF-Southern Section’s major-division playoffs for the first time in a long time. The Oilers finished second in the Sunset League with a 4-1 league record, and were No. 7 in the final Orange County poll.
