Calhoun's guide to the Nike Extravaganza

If you're a basketball fan, then you're in for a treat this weekend at Mater Dei for the annual Nike Extravaganza.

The action starts Friday with four girls games, including the Mater Dei-Cajon tilt (which Carlos Arias tells me is a big game), and there is also one boys game (JSerra-Dos Pueblos).

I'm going to allow Carlos, our resident girls basketball guru, to analyze the girls schedule.

Here is my list of players you should watch for in the 10 boys games.

There's only one boys game and there is one player you should watch: JSerra senior center Alec Williams.

Boys basketball: Mater Dei's showdown to be aired live
