Daniel, 6-foot and 210 pounds, was All-Empire League first team fullback this past season, but was recruited as a linebacker.
Tustin has a good group of signees today, as in past signing days.

Tustin linebacker Marshaun Daniel (5-11, 210) has committed to Cal Poly SLO, the senior said in a text message Sunday.
Daniel made a recruiting trip the FCS school this weekend.
“Coach (Tim) Walsh said I will be a great fit to their program and I have a chance of playing as a true freshman,” Daniel said in a text message.

Tustin linebacker Marshaun Daniel (5-11, 210) has scheduled his first recruiting for this weekend with a visit to FCS contender Cal Poly SLO, the senior said in a text message.
Daniel also is receiving recruiting interest from another FSC school, UC Davis.
He was a first-team All-Empire League pick in 2012.
