Football recruiting: Buena Park hosting Signing Day ceremony for Fantastic Four

Buena Park’s improving football program is set to honor four seniors during a National Signing Day ceremony at 1 p.m.

Here is the Coyotes impressive list of signings:

DT Josh Tupou (Colorado) – one of the surprise recruits in the county

OL – Oscar Barron (San Jose State)

WR – Kameron Taylor (Idado State)

QB — JJ Christy (Division III power Mount Unihon of Ohio)

Football recruiting: Buena Park wide receiver commits to pass-oriented school

Buena Park wide receiver Kameron Taylor (6-2, 185) has committed to Idaho State, Coyotes football coach Anthony White said Thursday.

“That makes three Division 1-A (or Division I-AA) players for Buena Park High School,” said White, also referring to Colorado-bound Josh Tupou and San Jose State-bound Oscar Barron.

Idaho State quarterback Kevin Yost, a junior last season, attempted 493 passes in 11 games last season or almost 45 passes per game.
