As another exciting and unpredictable county regular season comes to a close, county teams will now look to ready themselves for the season’s ultimate prize, a CIF championship.

Former Marina star and Stanford freshman midfielder Mariah Nogueira was named the Pac-10 freshman of the year and selected to the all-Pac-10 first team this week.
