Outlook: Have you seen Marina’s backcourt combination of Brendan Holmes and Garrett James?

Holmes is second in the county with 414 points. James can score (311) and he dish it out (county-high 155 assists).

The Vikings have won six consecutive games, including last week’s 61-54 Sunset League opener against Fountain Valley.

Edison guard Kyle Boswell returned to action Friday against Esperanza. He scored 17 points in a 47-43 loss.

Edison won both meetings last year, in high-scoring affairs (85-82 and 98-81).
