Mission Viejo wide receiver Frank Schnicker (6-0, 180) has committed to Nevada, his step-father, Vidal, reports.

The senior will make his official recruiting trip the Mountain West school this weekend.

Schnicker played one season of varsity at Mission Viejo following his transfer from Long Beach Millikan. He was limited to JV football as a junior at Mission Viejo.

Schnicker also shined last season despite being the Diablos’ No. 3 receiver behind Max Redfield and Santa Margarita transfer Sean Modster. He finished with 24 catches for 386 yards.
