A senior-started rally, finished by a junior, produced two runs in the seventh inning to give El Toro a 4-3 victory over Foothill on Tuesday at Foothill, clinching the Chargers' third league championship in as many years as a member of the Sea View League.
El Toro, ranked No. 1 in Orange County and in CIF-Southern Section Division II, will go into the playoffs as the league’s No. 1 representative, guaranteeing the Chargers (21-4, overall, 13-1 in league) a home game in the first round on May 21.
What happened: Huntington Beach can clinch a share of the Sea View League title with a victory in its league finale after surviving a five-game slugfest with Foothill, 25-19, 25-18, 22-25, 19-25, 15-11, on Tuesday night at FHS.

Sean Guite, Michael Chairez, Blake Cestr, Jon Combest and Jake Porter all had two hits for the Oilers. Eduardo Diaz had three hits for the Knights.
