Bishop Gorman of Las Vegas, featuring top prospect Shabazz Muhammad, beat De Matha in the HoopHall just a few moments ago. Muhammad scored 37 points! Gorman is in the Nike Extravaganza at Mater Dei next month.
The guys on the Mater Dei team toured the basketball hall of fame this morning.

Mater Dei senior forward Xavier Johnson dunked on Bishop Gorman of Las Vegas’ Shabazz Muhammad — the best high school player in the nation, according to some – at the City of Palms Tournament in Florida on Wednesday.
And then “X” sealed it with a kiss.
Johnson blew Muhammad a kiss.
(Mater Dei won, 79-69; it was the prestigious tournament’s fifth-place game).
X did the same thing when he dunked on Winter Park of Florida’s Austin Rivers (son of Coach Doc Rivers) last year at the City of Palms. Slammed it down, blew Rivers a kiss.
