September 21st, 2009, 12:49 pm by Damian Calhoun, OCVarsity.com since 2004Those interested in becoming a high school wrestling official should attend the Orange County Wrestling Officials first preseason meeting on Sunday (Sept. 27) at 6 p.m. in Room 406 at Corona del Mar High.
Anyone with any experience as a competitor on any level, coach on any level or knowledgeable fan is invited and encouraged to attend and join the association and become a wrestling referee.

The San Clemente Triton wrestling team finished third out of 22 teams at the annual Watts Summer Games last month at Southwest College in Los Angeles.
