Shinoda, a 5-10 point guard, has started since her freshman season along with Christina Marinacci, who recently committed to USC. “I verbally committed to USC this morning,” Marinacci said. “I love the campus, the coaches and most importantly its close to home. I’m glad I finally pulled the trigger.” Marinacci is a three-time All-County player, three-time All-CIF player and two time Sea View League MVP. Her versatility has made her one of the county’s premier players as her career 20.1 points per game, 10 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 3 assists would indicate.
