The latest Signing Day news from the OCVarsity blog:
Several Aliso Niguel athletes are signing National Letters of Intent today, and others will be part of the Signing Day celebration at the school today even though their sports sign at different times in the year.

Several Orange County high schools have Signing Day events planned for today, with the first about to get underway.
The one that will garner the most attention isn’t until this afternoon, when San Clemente High will become the focus of the football recruiting world. That’s because Tritons offensive lineman Kyle Murphy, Orange County’s top recruit and one of the top O-line prospects in the nation, has said he’ll keep his college choice quiet until his classmates gather this afternoon.
National Letter of Intent Signing Day is Wednesday for football, soccer, track and field, cross country, men’s water polo and field hockey.
OCVarsity.com and the Register will provide non-stop coverage of the big signings of the day, but we could use your help. If you know of a school’s plans for Signing Day events — or, perhaps, if a group of athletes is having a Signing Day event that’s not at school — please email us at preps@ocregister.com with the details.
