Irvine senior Erica Dory makes a sliding save in a match against Corona del Mar.

Irvine senior goalie Erica Dory has committed to play the same position at Cal State San Marcos next fall.

Her dad Ken confirmed the news of her commitment via email.

Dory has been a three-year member of the Vaquerors soccer team. She recorded five or more saves in six matches this season, including a season-best 15 in a 0-0 tie against Pacific Coast League champion Corona del Mar.
