Los Alamitos’ girls water polo program showed its depth Saturday as its JV team captured the 32-team Western varsity tournament.

The Los Al JV defeated Ayala, 8–6, in the final at Kennedy.

First-year Orange Lutheran placed 13th. Lancers lost to LosAl, 14-6, in group play.
