The 2012 Aliso Cup is now down to the final four.

In the first semifinal, Sunny Hills will take on Yorba Linda. The Lancers defeated No. 5 Edison 1-0 in the quarterfinals at Aliso Canyon Community Park.

Junior Destiny Fernandez scored the match-winner in the first half for the Lancers (3-1-1).

The Mustangs (1-0-2) advanced past No. 10 Los Alamitos 5-4 in Pk’s after playing to a 0-0 tie at La Paz Sports Park.

Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.

In the second semifinal, No. 1 Aliso Niguel will battle Canyon. The Wolverines defeated Beckman 3-0 in the quarterfinals at Aliso Niguel High, as junior Dominique Bond-Flasza scored twice for the Wolverines (3-0).

The Comanches blanked Palos Verdes 3-0 in the quarterfinals round at Foxborough Park. Mikayla Arcebido, Lindsay Kobayashi, and Stephanie Hosband each scored goals for Canyon (2-1).

The Aliso Niguel-Canyon semifinal is slated for a 5 p.m. kickoff.
