Villa Park girls soccer coach Brent Whitfield has confirmed that seniors Cassidy Hodson and Aryanna St. Pierre have both committed to play next year at Cal State Northridge.

Hodson earned first team all-Century League honors last season, scoring seven goals and adding five assists.

St. Pierre was a big part of a Spartans defense that held opponents scoreless in 18 matches last season.

Both were key in a huge turnaround season for Villa Park. The Spartans won four games in 2010-11, but posted a 17-6-4 record last season and earned a CIF-SS Division 1 playoff berth.
