The Register/ocvarsity Orange County media poll concludes today, now that the regular season is over.

We had 10 panelists who voted on the media poll.

Here is how I voted this morning …

1. Mission Viejo (10-0, South Coast League champ)

2. Mater Dei (8-2, Trinity No. 2)

3. Edison (9-1, Sunset champ, lost to Mater Dei)

4. Santa Margarita (8-2, Trinity No. 3)

5. El Toro (9-1, South Coast No. 2, lost to Mission Viejo)

6. Tustin (10-0, Empire champ; best team beaten was Foothill)

7. Tesoro (7-3, No. 3 in South Coast)

8. JSerra (6-4, Trinity No. 4; beat Orange Lutheran last week; also beat Trabuco and Sea View co-champ Dana Hills)

9. Orange Lutheran (6-4, Trinity No. 5; beat La Habra and Servite; lost by 3 to Santa Margarita)

10. Villa Park (9-1 Century No. 1; lost to Edison)

Considered Newport Harbor, Foothill, Trabuco Hills, La Habra and even Servite because Servite might have beaten Foothill or Villa Park if given the opportunity to play them.
