Here is the Orange County team in the Southwest Division
Whittier Christian (7-3) – After a 2-0 start, the Heralds went on a three-game losing streak. However, since Sept. 21, the Heralds have won five consecutive games, including a 4-0 run through the Olympic League. Junior quarterback Ryan Esslinger was out front in the charge. He completed 211 of 307 passes for 2,213 yards with 25 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Esslinger (515), JP Marquez (857) and David Fischer (578) lead the ground attack. Cody Bronkar is a tough cover at wide receiver (66 receptions for 800 yards and 8 TDs).
