What you are looking at is a $60 million stadium for high school football in Allen, Texas. It’s called Allen Eagle Stadium. Seating capacity is 18,000.
Here is a link to a slideshow with more on the stadium. The first game there is Aug. 31. A $119 million bond, approved by voters in 2009, funded the stadium.
Meanwhile, JSerra and Santa Margarita, two Orange County private schools with good finances, play at Saddleback College which is one of the worst high school football facilities in the county.
