Football recruiting: El Toro’s Manning collects second offer

El Toro senior-to-be quarterback Conner Manning (6-2, 195) has been offered by Montana State, Chargers football coach Robert Frith said in a text message Friday.

Montana State becomes the second school to offer The Register’s 2011 offensive player of the year. He also was offered by Utah earlier this week.
