This is what the millions have finally been waiting for … Norco vs. Santiago for the CIF-SS Division 1 title. Norco beat Santiago, 12-4, on March 16 and Santiago came back to beat Norco, 3-2, on April 25. Both teams hail from the Big VIII League.

Ohio State-commit Erica Romero pitched the Sharks to the title in 2011 as a sophomore and she starts in the circle for this one as Santiago tries to go back-to-back.
Lord Vader, aka Santiago coach John Perez, is already trying to Force choke Norco coach Rick Robinson, who is coaching at third base.
Cal-commit Kylie Reed leads off the top of the first with a single for the Cougars. The Battle for Inland Empire Supremacy is on.

Romero gets Tennessee-commit Abigail Lockman on a called third strike. One down.
