Fountain Valley water polo player Kayla Robert, left, and Edison water polo player Abby Oshiro have committed to Long Beach State, their coaches report.

Robert is an excellent get for Long Beach State. She is a 5-foot-10 center who has progressed well with Huntington Beach Water Polo Club. She helped HBWPC captured the 18-and-under title at Junior Olympics during the summer.

Oshiro will give Long Beach State a promising left-hander with speed. She also plays for HBWPC.
