
Beckman senior Kaitlin Park holed two birdies and an eagle in her final four holes on the front nine at Karsten Creek Golf Course and shot a 2-under 70 during the second round of the Ping Invitational to move up three places on the leader board into fourth in the girls division in Stillwater, Okla.
Park has a two-round total of 147 which leaves her two strokes behind first-place Kyun Kim of Chandler, Ariz. heading into Monday’s final round. Kim’s is in fifth place in the AJGA Polo national rankings.
Los Alamitos junior Esther Lee also shot a 2-under-par 70 and is in seventh place, two strokes behind Park.
