Varsity-level athletes for the 2012-13 season are asked to fill out bio forms that will provide information for their player pages.

Click here to get the form, then fill it in and e-mail it to preps@ocregister.com. It also could be faxed to 714-796-6765.

Each athlete’s player page will include statistics from the season (where applicable) and an automatic search for any articles, photos and videos that include the athlete.

Don’t forget to also send a photo of yourself.
