Football recruiting: Servite’s Averill makes college decision

Servite All-County offensive lineman Travis Averill (6-4, 275) committed Tuesday to Boise State, Friars football coach Troy Thomas said in a text message.

Boise State was the first school to offer Averill.

The senior-to-be also had offers from UCLA, Arizona and Colorado.
