Football recruiting: Pacifica’s Willis signs with Golden Bears

Speedy Pacifica cornerback Joel Willis (5-11, 185) has signed with Cal, the university announced.

Willis is a great get for the Golden Bears. He’s an excellent tackler and certainly has the speed needed in the pass-dominated Pac-12 Conference.

Willis was a one-time Washington commit.
