Court date for MD/Diocese vs. CIF-SS …

It is Feb. 28, at Orange County Superior Court in Santa Ana. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, on behalf of Mater Dei, in September filed a legal complaint against the CIF-Southern Section for breach of contract, breach of covenant of faith and unfair business practices.
