
La Habra coach Frank Mazzotta confirmed that running back Drake Griffin is now eligible and cleared to play this season for the Highlanders.
Griffin transferred from St. Paul of Santa Fe Springs and made the necessary move to within La Habra’s school boundaries, but he was ruled ineligible by CIF-SS last week.
