
MISSION VIEJO – San Clemente could have pulled its keeper at the start of Monday’s quarterfinal game in the Capo Calley Summer League, and it wouldn’t have made any difference.
Almost the entire game was played in Trabuco Hills’ end. As you might expect the Tritons’ “A” team – they field two squads in the tournament – sent shot after shot … after shot flying at the Mustangs, more than a few of them found the back of the net. A lot more.
