Whittier Christian senior-to-be senior defensive tackle Jeff Worthy (6-4, 275) has committed to Boise State, he said Monday in a text message.

Worthy is a big get for Boise State.

In the spring, he racked up offers from Nebraska, UCLA and SMU among others. He called the Bruins his “dream” offer but Boise State landed the rising recruit.

Whether people believe it or not, BSU is a national program. Great get for the Broncos. Congrats JW…Dswag.
