
Servite survived another close match in this young golf season, emerging with a two-stoke victory against Foothill in a nonleague match on Wednesday.
Patrick Cantlay carded an even-par 36 at Tustin Ranch Golf Course as the Friars posted a 196. The Knights came into the clubhouse with a 198.
This was the third time in as many matched that Cantlay has been the medalist for the Friars. So far he is 3-under par this season, and that includes one 18-hole match.

Orange Lutheran 193, Esperanza 197:Beau Belczak shot a 2-under 35 at Tustin Ranch for the Lancers.
