Newport Harbor’s Kaleigh Gilchrist scored three goals and Danielle Warde, Colleen McCall and Margot Money each added two goals to help lead the South past the North, 11-7, in the Orange County girls water polo all-star match at Golden West College.

South goalies Kristin Burger (Newport Harbor) and Clair Babinski (Edison) combined for nine saves for the South, which led 9-5 after three periods.

Rosary’s Katie Rigler, Los Alamitos’ Kaley Dodson and Villa Park’s Claire Thatcher each scored twice for the North.
