Edison’s fifth-ranked girls water pol0 team – which somehow didn’t get ranked in the preseason Division I poll – has defeated host Long Beach Wilson, 10-8.

The Chargers led Wilson – No. 4 in the Division I preseason poll – 7-3 in the third period and 10-6 with 2:13 left the fourth. More details to come.
