  • UHWarrior says:

my pick for the semis- La Habra vs. Cypress and Tustin vs. Trabuco Hills. They have proved all year they are the class of the SW division.

  • UHWarrior says:

Oh, my dark horse for the playoffs will be Fullerton. Just because they got clobbered by LH this past week doesn’t mean they aren’t a good team. They will shock some people, beginning with Pacifica.

    • Bick says:

Fullerton is favored according to calpreps, but I like the Mariners in this one. They have a 3 headed monster at RB and a very efficient QB and WRs. Their OL/DL is the strength of their team.

    • PHSPAPA says:

Well so much for your dark horse. I will give you that Fullerton has some big boys that came to play and hit like trucks. It was a good game between FUHS and Pacifica.

  • dude says:

Fullerton hasn’t played anybody and will be out early again. Maybe first round, but for sure second round.

  • Thhfan says:

    Good luck to the Seaview!

  • thwatcher says:

All three Sea View teams have a great chance making it to round two

  • lafan says:

    tustin sitting preety nice draw

  • jpfromoc says:

    VP needs their FB back!

  • kdconn says:

has any decision been made where El Toro Villa Park are playhing and which day?

  • sativa52 says:

Steve Logovii is Valencia’s RB dam n get it right for once.

  • sativa52 says:

Valencia needs a perfect game on both sides of the ball to get by Tustin. We can do it, go tigers! FAITH…

  • Jeff says:

VP plays at Saddleback College, Friday @ 7:30pm

  • Voice of Logic says:

My pick for the finals Trabuco Hills vs. La Habra.

  • MONRACHS3232 says:

    tustin wins it all

  • LemB says:

Only 2 good first round games: Fullerton-Pacifica and VP- El Toro
The rest will be blow outs by the higher rated team.
El Toro might end up blowing out VP.
Closest game will be Pacifica-Fullerton in Round 1 (toss up on that game)
Huntington Beach and El Dorado got gifts for Round 1.

La Habra will blow out everyone in the top bracket. (including El Toro or Cypress)
Only Close game in the lower bracket will be Tustin-T.Hills in semi’s, after the Pacifica-Fullerton game.
Pretty weak field this year compared to 2008–except the 4 seeded teams and El Toro.

    Semis: La Habra-El Toro/ Tustin-T. Hills
    Final: La Habra- Tustin
    Winner: La Habra

    • warren says:

My thoughts exactly, except the part about Cypress. Their program is very close to La Habra’s. They both play the same and have one heck of a RB. Unlike most teams that La Habra faced (excluding Los Al, and San Clemente) Cypress can complete a forward pass under extreme pressure. The Centurions will have to play better than they did against Pacifica and that was a good performance. T. Hill is the only bump in the road for Tustin.

    • Thhfan says:

Trabuco all the way. Looking to avenge the 5 point loss last year.

  • albert says:

sa valley over el toro dont call it an upset kid
    #70 tackle

  • Tee Town says:

Congrats to all the teams that made it it to the playoffs! Spring, summer, 2 a days, beat up from head to toe. Still working hard to keep movin’ on!
Also congrats to all the kids that were on teams that didn’t make the playoffs or not even close to making the playoffs. On a losing team still laced them up and took the better teams on every week!

  • HSFOOTBALLFAN says:

La Habra will defeat Cypress in the playoffs if they were to meet. La Habra does not look ahead, it takes one game at a time.

  • yourmomsays says:

La Habra is so overrated. Cypress will battle with them and come out on top

    • Glen Chervin says:

      Hey Mom,
Let me preface this by saying I am not part of the Clan.
You Line Sixer’s should concern yourselves with ET before considering a semi-final match up with the Machine otherwise know as the Highlanders. Overrated? Please check that stats. Good luck with El Toro.

    • just a fan says:

La Habra will hit you so hard that you guys will be singing your line six poams backwards all the way home.

    • la habra mom says:

yea…ok…can’t wait to see Cypress try and do this…La Habra has proved themselves this year, last year, the year before that….need I say more

  • dangerous d says:

    your mom,
Sounds like you’ve been making the family HATERAID in the kitchen again! Yes Cypress is good but way to 1 dimensional. La Habra can’t wait
to play them especially after a bunch of smack talk
back in passing leauge. Now they can feel the big hits of the big LH CLAN! GANG TACKELING!!

Oh by the way, this will probably be a LH home game.

  • whatshisname says:

well all you eldo fans got your wish. so same place same time ,unfortunatley for you different teams. so unless yellow flags start flying around this wont even be close at half time.go clan

  • bighsfootballfan says:

La Habra gonna blow out ElDo

  • jason says:

do u guys realize trabuco is gonna take this title easily?? apparently u dont

  • Go Cypress!!!! So excited and proud of you!

  • Albert says:

Oh! it’s La Habra all the way, no doubts about it. La Habra is playing vey strong and they are going for a 3 peat this year!

  • Albert And Silly Billy says:

Oh! its La Habra all the way, no doubts about it. La Habra ois going to beat Cypress or team that gets in thier way and do a 3 peat this year!

  • jason says:

la habra fans..u guys barely beat TH last year on a lousy fumble call.
and ive got bad news for you…
trabuco hills is even better THIS year.

    sorry.

  • ringmaster says:

if you didnt like the call dont fumble, and before you worry about the clan beat tustin.

  • JC says:

Cypress in a blowout this weekend. They gave El Toro a chance in the first half. What happened to that upset? 3 field goals…La Habra will be lucky to put more than 21 on the board. It’s been fun.

    Cypress 38-17.

  • Glen Chervin says:

    La Habra 31 Cypress 19

  • jason says:

im confident the finals will be la habra, trabuco. thats why i said la habra Chervin

  • fryerhater says:

oh tustin has no chance against trabuco.

    trabuco 38
    tustin 14

    bring on the clan

  • Lancer says:

Next years team should be good too
I think the JV team went undefeated in league, not sure about non-league
When will the rest of the Quezada gang get to play at La Habra?
