Darkhorse: San Marino (8-2).The Titans finished second in the Rio Hondo League to champion and top-seed Monrovia. However, the Titans played Monrovia tough, losing 14-12. San Marino also suffered a 14-10 loss to La Canada, but closed the regular season with a 51-0 victory over Blair and 19-14 over Temple City.
