Girls water polo: Rosary's Croghan, Capo Valley's Weirath commit

girls_wpolo_iconRosary water polo player Hannah Croghan and Capo Valley's Katie Weirath have committed to four-year schools.

Croghan will join Edison's Danielle Warde at UC Irvine, and Weirath is headed to Long Beach State.

    This is another great recruiting coup for UCI and Dan Klatt...Hannah is an excellent player and offers the same type of versatility of Danielle...with the players he brought in last year UCI is developing quite a bit of young talent. Congrats to UCI and to Hannah...

      It is surprising that Klatt does not go after all the talent in his "backyard". OC and the IE have so many talented players and traditionally he seems to go elsewhere for his recruits. Hopefully he continues this line of home grown recruiting.
