So who was the team that reportedly offered to the Stanford commit?

According to a blog post by West Coast recruiting guru Greg Biggins, Zumwalt was offered by USC on Wednesday night.

This recruiting story will be interesting to watch. My question, however, at this point: What took the Trojans so long?

Zumwalt is a tough dude on the football field. He covers ground and brings plenty of power. He plays with some serious intensity, and can even do it when hurt.
