County teams remaining: No. 2 Troy; Cypress; La Habra; Fullerton

Tonight’s schedule: Click here

Best match of the night: Cypress at El Rancho. The Centurions are the Empire League champs, but have to travel to Pico Rivera for this one. El Rancho is the second-place team from the Del Rio League. The winner will likely meet Troy in the quarterfinals.

Outlook: Troy and Cypress are the county teams with the best chance of advancing. It’s going to be difficult for the other two Freeway League teams to go on. Each would need to pull off upsets after long bus rides.
