Here’s two predictions for today’s boys water polo playoffs:

Division V first round

La Habra (14-13) at Santa Monica (18-9), 3:15 p.m.

Jurupa Valley (12-13) vs. Fullerton (15-13) at El Dorado, 4 p.m.

Outlooks: La Habra, the fourth-place team from the Freeway League, meets Ocean League runner-up and fourth-seeded Santa Monica. Santa Monica was a semifinalist last season. Meanwhile, Freeway League No. 3 Fullerton plays host to Jurupa Valley, a third-place team from the Inland Valley League. The Indians showed grit in league, pushing Troy in first round of league. The Indians, however, dropped their final three league games.
