I am trying to get the answer to two questions from Cal State Fullerton folks:

1. What sort of damage was done to the scoreboard there on Halloween, when there was a pumpkin launching contest? One pumpkin smashed through the scoreboard.

2. Parking was free for this event, we reported. But there will be an $8 charge for parking for Fountain Valley-Edison football there Friday. Why?

Getting that to you as soon as I find out …

(BTW — Nothing against pumpkin launching as a science class project. Lots more fruitful than slicing apart dead frogs.)
