Dan, what was so sloppy about the La Habra win over South Hills?
capt lou. 6 penalties 4 turnovers [although 2 if mr albano who was there was paying attention ,was atipped pass that trew the pss off just enough, and the other was a fade in corne of endzone with no time left]and a couple missed assignments doesnt constitute 2spots in poll for a great team. most would not survived against a good team like so hills but clan did, and I promise coaches will fix mistakes and clan will continue to rise in polls.
Coach Mazzotta called it sloppy, and i agree
I had Highlanders with:
10 penalties for 85 yards
3 picks
3 fumbles (all recovered)
3 TDs called back
true, one TD was at the end of the half on a pass to the end zone -but it came after a TD by Quezada was called off by a penalty
La Habra can play better, which is scary because they ready dominated SHills
Definetly way sloppy, ALOT of mistakes but that defense looke pretty good those young linebackers are gonna be special, very special as time goes on what is a bit of a surprise is the safety play, its no where near where it was last season but then again Arteaga was there but the Hawaii bound senior safety ought to buckle up pay better attention to the game in progress rather the fans in the stands he is better than he is showing and that is exactly where his head is “showing off, but nice call Albano.
Speaking of Barr, Loyola didn’t have him against Michigan Viejo either,
except a few plays in the first quarter.
