
For two seasons, the Centennial of Corona offense video gamed the Mater Dei offense. We’re talking spin moves; hurdles; speed burst… you name it the Huskies did. That was until Friday night.

This group has been playing strong through the first two games and it really showed Friday night. The Monarchs (2-1) held Centennial quarterback Michael Eubank to 13 of 31 passes for 144 yards. Tyler Meglan intercepted Eubank. Mater Dei shut out the Centennial offense in the second half in a 31-13 home victory.
