Northwood held off a late rally by Beckman to win a nonleague game, 7-3 Saturday night at Tustin High.

The Timberwolves are 1-1 and Beckman fell to 2-1.

Kyle Beane passed for 106 yards for Northwood and Tony Fullman had seven catches for 98 yards.
