O.C. FOOTBALL TOP 25
22. Foothill
(9-2 overall, 5-0 and 1st place in Sea View League in 2008)
The Knights have a lot from which to recover. They were the top-seeded team in the ’08 Southwest Division playoffs and lost by 28 points to Pacifica in the first round. Then they lost a lot of top players to graduation, like ’08 league offensive MVP quarterback Zach Griffith and league defensive MVP Jordan Winger. Still, Foothill is probably at worst the second-best team in a very good league. The Knights have a prospect at quarterback, senior Aaron Dupin, 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds, who transferred from Henderson, Nevada. Foothill’s freshman team was 10-0 last year.
