
Ani Gulugian carded a 3-over 75 at Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club on Friday to finish tied for seventh in the Rolex AJGA Junior Championship, four strokes out of the lead. Kimblerly Kim (Pahoa, Hawaii) won the tournament with a three-round total of 216.
Gulugain, a Register All-County first teamer, shot a three-under 69 on Thursday and was in a tie for fourth after the second round.
Irvine’s Victoria Park, the Register’s player of the year, finished in a tie for 13th with Sunny Hills’ Kristen Park, who like Gulugian recently qualified for the U.S. Women’s Open. Both Parks ended up two strokes behind Gulugian.
