Does anyone know why some players names are in bold print while others are not? Does it signify something?

To me it looks like who ever did good in the playoffs was picked! Not alot of season research as the coaches scrambled to figure out who everyone was!! Needless to say the 09′ class was one of the strongest in memory. Definitely the strongest classes EVER in HUNTINGTON BEACH history!!! 2010 class just as strong, then a possible drop!!

How can you not put Eric Snyder of Edison on the team?
He was 11 for 19 4 doubles a triple one homerun 2 walks
and stellar defense play in the outfield? what a joke for not voting
for him. If matzek would of given him something to hit Edison would of won CIF!

I agree with baseball lover. I also don’t agree with the registers picks. How does the catcher from Newport Harbor High not make first or second team? His name is Blake Davey and he happened to hit a rather large home run off of your pick Henry Owens in a 13-5 win over Edison. He also hit one off of Beau Wright who was first team all cif last year and an Aflac all american. In fact, he hit three off of Los Alamitos in two games. This catcher batted .429 with a .929 slugging percentage and he had a .610 OBP with 7 homeruns. If you actually checked maxpreps.com you would find that his hitting statistics are superior to any other division 1 catcher in the southern section. And if you didn’t want to base it off of hitting maybe you could get out to a game and watch him behind the plate. I don’t exactly have a lot of time to go through all of the other picks that I disagree with but I think that the previously established one was significant enough.
