Teams remaining: 16

County teams remaining: 2 (Magnolia; Garden Grove)

Matches: Top half: Downey-Los Altos; San Marino-Cathedral; San Gabriel-Temple City; Magnolia-South Torrance;  Bottom half: Gabrielino-Windward; Garden Grove-Warren; Montebello-Yucaipa; Torrance-Bishop Montgomery

Outlook: It would appear Garden Grove has a better chance advancing to the quarterfinals than Magnolia. The Argonauts host Warren, while the Sentinels visit a higher seed in South Torrance.
