FREEWAY LEAGUE
Game changing players
La Habra RB Joshua Quezada: Quezada rushed for 1,613 yards and 15 touchdowns last season. He scored 19 total touchdowns.
Fullerton RB Joseph Hill: Hill rushed for 1,015 yards and 14 touchdowns last year … as Michael Allain’s backup.
League game you can’t miss: La Habra vs. Fullerton. What else would it be? This game will likely decide the league title.
Biggest question: Is this the year everyone catches up to La Habra?
Outlook: La Habra graduated a lot of from last season’s CIF Southwest Division championship team, including stars such as Ronnie Hillman, David Arteaga and Randall Nygren, to name a few.
If the Highlanders can find replacements at the key positions, then another Freeway League title and CIF title wouldn’t be out of the question.
Fullerton is always La Habra’s chief competition for league supremacy. The Indians have to replace running back Michael Allain, but Joseph Hill was second team All-Freeway last year.
Quarterback Dominic Ficociello also returns.
Sunny Hills made the playoffs last year, but Coach Marcelo Giuliano has taken the Pacifica job.
Troy had a lot of players gain valuable experience last year, including quarterback Kyle Smith and running back DeAngelo Bonner.
The Warriors could be the surprise team in the league.
Sonora was contending for a playoff spot in 2008, but struggled last season as did Buena Park.

"Fullerton is always La Habra’s chief competition for league supremacy."
Please re-check the league results. If you look back beyond last year Troy is always La Habra's chief competition for league supremacy, not Fullerton. Sure they had a good run last season, but last year was Troy's first losing season in over five years. In 07, Fullerton pulled some BS that put them ahead of Troy, but it shouldn't get them respect-Calhoun.
Dominic Greco is currently enrolled at Fullerton. He will be playing for Fullerton in the fall. He and returning all league linebacker Simon poti will make an awesome linebacker duo!!
Troy nor Fullerton are really CHIEF competition for the powehouse LaHabra football club and its not gonna get any closer for the next few years anyway, La Habra is loaded again with talent and may go undefeated this year the Los Alamitos game will be a great one but if they get by that one well sayonrra baby they will be on their way to a perfect season barring any critical injuries so siot back and enjoy all u Freeway league oppents cuz Quezada and company are a tough bunch.
Troy and Fullerton should both be tough this year. Troy was young last year and as such, will return plenty of good experienced players. Their coach should have them ready. Fullerton will also be strong returning some very good players and possibly some incoming transfers. The game against La Habra will be played at Fullerton. Fullerton's up and coming Seniors have not beat La Habra in their 3 years at the school.
IMHO, I just don't think either will hang with La Habra. Last year La Habra's second team Offense didn't score, but moved the ball very well against Troy's first D and La Habra's second D punched Troy's Offense in the mouth causing fumbles and other havoc. Fullerton went toe to toe with La Habra, but in the 2nd half, La Habra's Offense was way too fast and the defense proved to be brutally physical for Allain and Co.
Waiting for the season to unfold.
I agree La Habra will be too tough for either team this year. Fullerton will probably be good, and Troy will be okay. Going forward, Fullerton doesn't really have new talent coming up the channel. Troy, on the other hand, has some huge talent in their younger ranks which will benefit them for the next several years. Troy should be back as a force in the Fwy League in 2010. I know La Habra is always tough, and I've seen their Frosh and JV play. Troy will be well matched against La Habra in the future.
We all know that La Habra will win league with Fullerton and Troy fighting it out for second. But don't forget that Sonora and Sunny Hill had great seasons last year. It is too bad that Sunny Hills lost their coach to Pacifica. I only heard good things about him.
Now for Fullerton, is it true that they lost a number of players to graduation? I only hope that Fullerton comes out with a better attitude then the one they had last year. Many people remember the Troy game where a number of starters were left in when the outcome had been already decided.
Well Sunny Hills lost A LOT of key players who were the reason they finished third.
Sonora looks like a team that will be battling fullerton for the second place finish.
Sonora would be a bitter team if it could just concentrate on football and not defacing school property, worring about what color La Habra's stadium is! and bashmouthing other schools,
It will be fun running up the score again! maybe our third string will make it to 100 this year with the running clock! Carma is a wonderful thing!!!!!!!!
At the end of the 2007 season La Habra had 7 seniors graduating from a defense that was considered to be one of their best. A 13-0 season and finishing amongst the top 10 scoring defenses in the O.C was proof of that. Fast forward to the 2008 season and again La Habra's defense finished in the top 10 and again they are graduating 7 seniors from a defense that was probably better than the group from the year before. Every year La Habra's program seems to develop kids who simply know how to play football. Ask any team that has played them and they will tell you that La Habra is well coached and love to play a tough brand of defense. Also, according to a good source the La Habra staff feels that this coming season they might be fielding a defense that was better than last years group. I can't imagine how that might be possible, but It certainly will be fun to see what La Habra's defense will be like for 2009.
I must have spoke to the same source.
La Habra Offensive Line has Size. Speed, Strength and Experience:
Ghandour : 6'3 260lbs senior/guard
McSherry : 6;3 320lbs senior/guard
Elkington: 6'0 240lbs junior/center
Casey: 6'2 230lbs junior/tackle
Peko: 6;2 225lbs junior/tackle
This is just what Quezada needs!!!!!!!
Ghandour : 6′3 260lbs senior/guard - Started 14 games last year.
McSherry : 6;3 320lbs senior/guard - Played sporatically
Elkington: 6′0 240lbs junior/center - Started 1 game last year
Casey: 6′2 230lbs junior/tackle - Started 14 games last year
Peko: 6;2 225lbs junior/tackle - Started 14 games last year
Its seem that la habra is in the wrong league to me. Every year they always end up winning, which gives no competition. i herd that brea was going to be replacing la habra in the freeway league but i guess not. Fullerton does have a good returning quarterback also.
The Freeway teams will not re-league. They are in the same School District.
Sonora's run game will be best in the league.
There going to miss Casey Arteaga and peppard next year!
Arteaga was everwere!
I will also, but wait, there is also Will Peppard, FS, Dominic Sierra, SS, Trevor Phillips, LB, Eric Padilla, DE amd Anthony Sandoval, DT.
You're kidding right?
so your saying that Sierra and lil Peppard is better then Arteaga?
and you think that Phillips is better then casey?
and Padilla is better the big peppard?
wow you must be kidding me!
Nope, I was just giving an analogy as to how La Habra tends to 're-load' as opposed to leaving the cup board bare, that's all.
all of a sudden they have a running game? where was it last season?
I hear there are few of last years Sonora players, that tranferred, now practicing with La Habra. Are they any good?
La Habra will lose to San Clemente
Happy Mother's Day to you too, tippin. We will see .......
Observer,
who do you think they will miss more on defence?
hs fan #2,
Good question. We'll miss David Arteaga on defense the most. Of the 7 graduating starters. Arteaga was the defense MVP. However, I believe the coachign staff will help the new players do well.
tippin,
IMO, San Clemente should beat La Habra. San Clemente is in a higher Division (Pac.5 - Div.1) vs. Southwest Div. 6. San Clemente's enrollment is roughly 3400 vs. La Habra's maybe 2200. San Clemente's coaching staff consists of several NFL Alumni. San Clemente players have personal coaches, trainers and nutritionists. Not making excuses. Life isn't fair. That's just the way it is. Nevertheless, kudos to La Habra for scheduling this big one as it helped them prepare for the finals again.
Hello? Can anybody guess who should dominate? Last year should have been a 42-7 blowout, but instead it was a physical shoot-out, till the end. If you where there, you would know.
tippen ,I was there, were you? blow out? you guys arent as good as you think. remember if you were there, la habra was at your 5 yd line for afinal chance to win at end of game and to freeway fan . sonora what? dude dont start. you could have 3 runningbacks and combined they wont get what the juice is bringing his final season, can you spell weatherspoon,or herrera.even with passing attack rushing records could fall.
Observer,
i agree with you, but why will they miss him? since i heard he wasn't really a vocal leader? im suprised he didnt make the north south game? huh?
Well, IMO a leader can lead by example, actions, hard work, etc., not only by being vocal.
I'm not sure Arteaga will be missed for long, though. I feel the coaches will get the other DB's to step up.
I'm also surprised about the North/South game. But, it was not news. Last year La Habra's Defensive MVP, All-CIF. All-League, OLB Ryan Tornell didn't make it either.
I believe coaches can only pick three players per team.
but i think he was better then tornell???? dont you think?
i heard he made the 605 game tho?
he didnt even get a scholarship either? wtf?
He might be better than Tornell. Different positions.
I'll be at the 605 game, to watch him play one last time. I heard they recently had the player coach meeting. The Whittier paper hasn't put anything in ink.
i heard the meetig is tonight, for the 605 game right???
i think arteaga could of played OLB too tho! he is bigger than tornell!!
i cant wait to see him play, he makes it so much fun because of his hitting ability!
la habra....... keeps reloading
fullerton....... always around to make things fun
sunny hills.. needs a new coach
troy............. is still looking for life after derrick coleman
sonora..... will always be the stepchild
buena park.................not even vince lombardi can help
Wow, hitter. You are brutally honest. I tend to agree with you. Troy did have a good tough Freshman squad this past season. They may be La Habra's competition in the near future.
La Habra has factors that keep a program rolling:
1. Good coaching
2. Supportive School Administrators
3. Strong Booster Program (Financially sound)
4. Good (not great) Athletes
5. Good facilities (above average weightroom)
4 CIF Championships in 7 Season. Has anyone in O.C. ever accomplished that?
USC!
HAhahaha! You're right.
We'll I'm looking forward to this season already. Spring practice, 7 on 7 looks really good. A lot of talent out there for La Habra. Clements is throwing the ball really well.
I've always liked cody, he was my sons qb in pee wee
Hey I heard that a kid from Florida was moving to La Habra - he came to visit the school and talk to Mazzotta and even met some of the players. His postiion: QB
Any updates????
No news.
i'LL HAVE MY SPIES GET ME THE 411!
all rumors, cody looked real good the other day, put on some muscle and has a laser for a arm......
"O-Yea! Its awalys a pleasure to to play Troy over Fullerton , Remember that Carma thing!!!!
It was fun playing troy in 2007, 2008 was not so fun , good luck this year Troy!
a far as David (Bede) Arteaga some boys just don't get the recognition they deserve, but it gives then the desire to push even harder, just thing what that green thing will look like when you are looking up at his face after just being hit by him!! (love ya Bede)
To Tippin all your NFL coaches and trainers and are a div.1 school does not make you great! you almost lost to div.6 school 21-14 is not a victory to be proud of ! this year will be in our house! "it must be real nice to throw all that money you spent wasted away!
There was word that a top notch player from Servite was transferring to Fullerton. Is there any word on this ?
La Habra will be #1 but will not be as good as last year. 1 college prospect in the backfield as opposed to 3. No arguing about that. QB will not be as good and neither will WR's. But well coached and supporter so you'd be stupid to pick against them. 1 player transferred in from Sonora and as a JR he was a backup and JV, that was it. Despite the W/L's, I hear good things about Sonora's coaches. Well that is from everyone but the LH faithful. Fullerton will likely be 2nd, but that depends on the development of Fiococell (sp?) and Hill. Don't underestimate Hill, he will compete with Quezada for the #1 back in the league. 3rd is betwee Troy/Sonora. Both have a lot of players returning and battled out in the game last. Game down to last 11 seconds with Troy completing a Hail Mary. I happen to have family at both. Troy with have their best 3 player combo since the Swaney Coleman connection. OL and toughness with be important progression. Sonora returns 8 guys on offense and has 1 new guy who didn't play last year because of injury. Last name Vasquez but can't remember 1st name. The one kid I do know, outside of my nephew, is Baba Eko. 6'0 230lbs FB, and he can run. La Habra will still be able to run it up on them, maybe 42-14. The other 2 teams will struggle.
Truth, WOW where are you getting your info from?
Quote:
"La Habra will still be able to run it up on them, maybe 42-14."
I'd have to agree with you Truth. With the new (PopWarner) mercy rule that the Freway League initiated, it shouldn't be in the 60's or 70's.
Who can we thank for that one?
Truth,
I'm not sure Sonora can be mentioned in the same breath as Fullerton or LH.
Sonora beat three teams last year, with a combined record of 2-28 (HH Wilson, 0-10, Brea 1-9 and Buena Park 1-9). If you ask me, that is a not a good job of preparing your team. If I had a playmaker for a kid, I would send him to Fullerton of La Habra.
Eko weighs 220
220 or 230lbs., It's too bad he'll only play 10 games this year.
Eko's is going to be one of the best backs in the league that after Quezada and Hill and plus the kid is barley going to be a junior so think about the damage he'll do his senior year........Sounds Fun!!!!!!!!!!!
He should transfer to LH.
La Habra High doesn't run in a fullback set
True, but they run it in situations that call for it. LH doesn't play the game in a hallway(three yards and a cloud of dust), they spread the field using several different formations, sets and personnel.
whats up with La habra QB and the knee brace...not very smart to display his weakness... he is lucky that his offensive line did not let anyone get through...tough guys the 2 guards and that center..I noticed he got a cut lip - that did not stop him Who are these guys especially the center with the long hair..I noticed alot of players with long hair- could that be their secret weapon.
That QB better be able to take some hits - he just annouced to all his weak spot.
Fullerton Zip Code, huh? What team do you root for?
92832 - I agree, his weakness is known and that's a worry. He is a good QB, but can he run or take a hit? We shall see.
92832 you must be the guys up by the batting cages on fri. dont worry about the knee[tough kid] worry more about how hes going to shred the freeway.
you caught me.....
and I hope he will be able to do some shredding...and I also hope his knee dosen't get shreded.
but seriously whats up with the long hair?
hey that qb should not wear that brace..its obvious that he has not fully recovered...he might be throwing the ball good- but you never know if you are ready after an injury until you play at full capacity and that is usually on game day. why did the coaches let him wear it?
I have heard that the player who left or had to leave Servite and is now attending Fullerton is a LB by the name of Grecko(sp). The left or had to leave thing is still a little bit confusing.
Salinias is still a good QB too. so look out?
I agree . We have alot of good qbs.
how is there defence doing?
The Defense will be fine. The coaches will have them ready. Plenty of experience.
This group of incoming Seniors went 10-0 as Freshman and 9-0 as Sophomores. Believe me, they will be ready.
clan pride says I agree with 92832. hey clan pride, whats up with that. he will probably end up the best QB since daniel, and his athleicism is right there in between daniels and randalls so dont chirp in with the enemy.and the guy thinking hill will push the juice, dont forget josh got his 1600 in spread passing attack where fullerton is nothing but a running team,so their returning QB will look real good handing the ball off.what was his season average passing ?something around 65 per game , Wow our 3rd string Qb could do that in a half.
But can he (La Habra QB with Knee Brace) take a hit from a defensive lineman from Los Al or San Clemente?
Hey all the long hair is cool..I'm letting mine grow out.
Credo2009, hey bud you should stop worrying about the La Habra QB and start thinking about how to beat Mater Dei. How long has it been? 20 years? In the words of Janet Jackson, "What have you done for me lately?"
whats with the hype on los al and san clemente. what have they done thats so special we should be concernd. when has san clemente won any thing in football. and dont forget most big dline hits come from outside and you seem to forget we have to huge, experienced all league and area tackles coming back who are only going to be juniors. so keep adding to the fire and motivating us
Los Al and San Clemente beat La Habra last year. That is why they are being brought up in this discussion. They are both D 1 schools and La Habra thinks that they can compete at that level. I've got no argument that La Habra is currently the best D 2 school, but until they beat a D 1 team they are not gonna get a ton of respect.
Finally a intelligent and logical opinion.
and whats up at sunny hills .do they have a new staff yet
I heard Sunny Hills was getting a new coach that use to be head coach at Mater Dei. Anyone heard anything?
Sunny Hills will get Whittier Christian A.D./Football Coach Jon Caffrey.
hey all you parents..chill out..just having fun!!!! just keep in mind: High School is for the kids ... some of these blogs are taken so seriously...dads should stop trying to live vicariously through their children...
since he's also an experienced Ad is triggy finally retiring. also think better coach than guiliano so its step up and lancers could be on their way bacl to 90s respectibility
Fullerton will be very good this upcoming season but La Habra is gonna win league again. Watch out for Junior to be fullerton linebacker Simon Poti who was 1st team all league last year. Seniors to be anthony Milone and Derek Coloma will provide some experience on the defensive line as well.
Senior to be Joseph Hill is the one of the fastest sprinters in the country and runs a legit 4.5 40 .He happens to be a friend of mine and we talk a lot in the locker room and he says he is up to 175 weight wise so he is still very lean....
Yep, LH should be league champ again. Milone and Coloma are good defensive players, but if they have to go both ways due to losing Hicks, Rees, Polo, etc., it may hurt them in the 4th quarter against LH. Joseph Hill is a good back. WIll Fullerton have a passing attack to balance out their offense? Fullerton always seems to get a big offensive line to block for their backs.
trigsted is retirng next year i believe.
well, fryer s done it again, la habra fans. in todys frankly fryer, he talks about the air strike passing tourny ,which is fine , but at the end of section he refers to tustin not being in it because their not a passing team, but that tustin[the losing team]was in the 2008 final, and thats foot ball. whats up with that friar waterboy?who won the thing any way /one of the best passing teams around.and then he gives props to oc programs with consistent winning teams, and no mention of la habra. Hey waterboy, do you know that even though we are in the upper most part of oc and school boundries does reach into LA county, we are still, whether you like it or not,in the OC. consistant programs winn 4 titles 1 runner up and 4 semis in 10 yr period.show me another football program in OC that has done that.Hey waterboy, guess what? its only getting better. and if you want to use tennis and crosscountry as a sign of sports dynastys, how bout this .baseball over last 10 years semis, qrt finals 4 times ,2nd round and league champs.boys basketball, consistency with league titles andqrt final apearances, girls volleyball.waterpolo ect ect and ect. So I ask friar, why the disrespect especially in football. show me a coach over last 10 yrs who by record or rings even comes close to Frank Mazzotta, barnes 1and 2? , rollinson? myron miller? dave white? and your beloved thomas at servite? answer; NO,NO,NO,NO,NO,.since your a journalist why dont you try what Goerge Plimpton[ the great sports novelist once did, you do know who he was dont you Mr journalist? why dont you come out to la habra for 1 week this summer and see what a champion program does to be consistantly good from freshman level tovarsity and then write a story with substance.you might even bump into some D1 college coachs you can smoze up to.I challenge you,Mr Fryer, are you ALL IN!
GHF,
You make good sense in your post. Fryer, or is it Friar, really does go all out when covering certain schools. It is pretty evident. However, the OC newspaper has other writers that cover La Habra and give it props. I don't know what gives with Steve Fryer?????????If you ask me, he is not a neutral writer. He must be on payroll at certain private schools.
to oc subscriber , I call him friar because of his name and allegiance to a certian school who never get to pac 5 championship and is blatant ignorance of la habra football.
Maybe when La Habra beats a Pac 5 school he will recognize the powerhouse of La Habra football.
thats not the point.the point was recogntion of athletic powerhouses, and that he mentioned tustin cif runnerup to la habra in the same breath as the other great football programs. and its not whether we are d1 or d6 its about accomplishments. you guys all seem to forget the great john barnes and los al were d6 not long ago, and really what have they done since moving to d1? and if we arent legit until we beat a pac5 team , maybe marina, or capo valley, orj serra want to schedule us.since the differnce in divisions are based on enrollment ,not athletic prowess. Im saying that if mazotta was the coach at 1 of these so called pac 5 power houses ,no one and I mean no one would ever break the titles and number of wins he would rackup,so Im just asking friar waterboy to give credit where credit is due. and my challenge still sticks about hanging out wiyh us for 1 week this summer.
All Trinity League Linebacker from Servite Dominic Greco will play for Fullerton High this fall! He is in a class of mine...
Freeway League schedules are up on Calpreps.com. Noticed that LH and Fullerton both schedule 4 playoff teams (LH scheduled 2 from the PAC-5 Div.)in the pre-season. That's probably what prepares them and helps them win a spot in the playoffs. Troy and Sunny Hills need to toughen up their schedule.
I agree. In the pre-league games Troy will be facing teams that went 20 - 33 last year and Sunny Hills faces teams that went 14 - 37. That's not going to prepare them for La Habra who plays teams that went 34 - 22 last year including two D-1 schools. The experience, win or lose, is what gives them an edge when it comes playoff time.
Dear "Glass Half Full",
please stop with all you complaining....you are not giving off a positive impression of us... Who cares what others write about La Habra..Does it really matter if we get a writeup? Is that our goal? Yes it nice to get the positive publicity- buts thats not the reason why we work hard at being champions. And we should not let your outlook bleed unto the team..As a parent we all know that when we focus on the negative- it dose not help motivate our teenagers.. If you need reasurrance about our program- just look at our rings. Any varsity football player and coach would rather have a ring than a write up by some local sports writer...
And maybe one day you will get your wish and someone will write a spectacular artical on the Highlanders and you can proudly say you where or are part of it.
Parental Outlook what are you talking about.
FUSD Student thanks for the info. I have heard a number of rumors about him playing for Fullerton.
paul says to parental out look, what are you talking about. I agree paul, what is "she" talking about. Its not being negative, infact the lack of respect and recognition is a motivating tool. you see parental control, football whether you like it or not is a violent and physical game un like any other sport.so to be angry and emotional and to be able to channel it in to a positive controled tool, does motivate the boys. so when someone says your not legit until you win in pac 5, thats motivating. when someone writes about the runner up you whipped the year before , thats motivating. dont come in here sounding like a soccer mom, sorry but thats how you make your self look.
Parental , the rumor mill can be very mean and can cause things to get out of hand. I have ties to La Habra but none of my kids attend that school. I wish well for the young man and did not mean any ill will towards him. I tried to getteh information to stop the rumors and yes it is a personal thing that is not my business but I like to stop the rumors too.
Well the key players for Fullerton this year will be
Offense- Quarterback Dominic Ficociello- It will be Fic’s third year as the starting quarterback, with TONS of experience, a solid arm and legs to run as well. Fic is versatile quarterback with height and great speed.Needs to cut down on the number of interceptions tho. Hopefully will put on at least 5-10 pounds as well.
Running Back- Joseph Hill. He happens to be a friend of mine and I have watched some of his runs @ spring practice and he looks great. He is a legit 5-11 guy and weighs about 175 so he is pretty lean though. He runs a 4.55-4.6 40 yard dash and has great elusiveness. Our running game will be as great as it was in the past two years despite losing Allain.
O-Line- Garret Bell who is a HUGE guy at about 6-4 to 6-5 height wise and he weighs 280. He was injured all of last year which was unfortunate but he has great speed and blocking skills on the line. Overall our line will be solid this year. We also have Scott Cooper who is 6-5 300 pounds and is simply a huge body in the trenches.
DEFENSE
Linebackers- Simon Poti who was first team all league last year and recent transfer Dominic Greco from Servite who was also an all trinity league linebacker will form the best linebacker duo in the league.
Poti who will only be a junior this fall, is about 6 feet and looks to be about 210+ pounds. He has a mean streak about him and looks like a reincarnation of Troy Palomalu( I dont know how to spell it)
Dominic Greco who i have seen at school and on the practice field looks to be 6 feet 3. He is huge but lean. He will absolutely CRUSH the competition this year!
D-Line- Derek Coloma and Anthony Milone, both seniors will be the leaders of the defensive line. Coloma is 6 feet and 240 and Milone is 6 feet 1 and 230. Both have great strength and speed to attack the quarterback. Both have been starters on the team since their sophomore year so they have lots of experience as well.
Special Teams : The indians have a solid place kicker in senior to be Daniel Gallant as well as a great punter in junior to be Anthony Martinez. Both have strong legs and will be able to help the team out in crucial moments of the game.
Overall:
As for the cornerbacks and safety positions I see these as the weaknesses of this team. Although they have LOTS of options to fill those spots they will be inexperienced vulnerable on that aspect of the defense. Offensively, we should be fine. With a returning quarterback, outstanding running back, and a solid offensive line we should be able to put up the same type of offensive numbers that we have been over the past two years. The passing game should be interesting with some athletic and very capable group of young receivers. The team has many options as well at the running back spot too.
KEEP AN EYE ON:
Senior to be Eric Kindstrand- 6 feet 1 200+ pounds. Missed all of last year due to an injury but saw a lot of playing time as a sophomore and performed well. Will play a mixture of both tight end/ and wide receiver.
Junior to be Doyin Sule- 6 feet 2 180. he is raw but has great breakaway speed and elusiveness. Very athletic as well. He will either be at wide receiver or safety this season.
Junior to be Troy Pinelo- 5 feet 8 160. He is small but has BLAZING speed and juking abilities. He will most likely be the back up running back for hill this year but he will definitely get his fair share of carries.
Junior to be Corey Lindsey- 6 feet 180- The brother of standout receiver Jon Lindsey, has good size and plays with enthusiasm and intensity. Will play either receiver and/or defensive back.

I have a bunch of friends that play at San Clemente and they all tell me that their Offensive and Defensive lines will be their achilles hell. Their transfer quarterback is one of the best in the state and their running back is a potential D1 kid so they are solid at skill posistions but their weak D-Line should allow for Quezada to have a big game.
who are the ley loses for each team in the freeway league?
Sunny Hills?
Fullerton?
La habra?
Troy?
Sonora?

Responding to dgnset:

hey dignset and george
La Habra QB hurt again...how about any more- since he is already hurt(the knee brace)
does anyone know about sonora's RB's And FB this upcoming season?
unless the rest of freeway schools some how came up with a bunch of transfers, nothing is going to be different. the clan return 11experienced starters that have only lost two games in last 3 seasons, and those were well fought games to the end. not to mention that the non starters also are included in the success on varsity level, since they all have at least a qrt a game as subs, over last 2 seasons . they also are from combined freshmen squad that never experienced a losing season over , and not only crushed every freeway opponent[must give props to sonors juniors for hanging tough in close game in 07] but also preseason opponents. and I know this coming senior group is on a mission to be the best the county has seen since there isnt a freshmen playoff. so get ready freeway league , you will get your world rocked in the fall.can anybody say 3 peat.
Amazing how mean spirited you are...You do not even know why he going to Fullerton..its none of our business .
You are an embarrasment to La Habra,
